In-Person Educational Rope 201** Workshop in Las Vegas, NV for folks 21+

5pm - 8pm - The time might also be adjusted slightly, please stay tuned!

Location:

The Lavender Room, 1800 S. Industrial Rd #208 (New Unit Upstairs!) Las Vegas, NV 89102

Parking is available in front & on the North side of the building (first come first serve). 

Venue is on the Second Floor with no elevator option -- please be prepared for stairs (sorry!) <3 

Wear:

• Rope Tops: Comfortable attire -- avoid spikes, chains, etc.
• Rope Bottoms & Self-tiers: Comfortable attire -- think yoga/movement friendly; form fitting, non-slip if possible. Avoid Jeans, cargo shorts, and bulky materials.

Bring:

• ID & Proof of Purchase
• 2-4 Bundles of Synthetic Rope Only
  • 60 ft minimum
  • No jute allowed (please leave it at home)
• Safety Shears/Cutters
• Preferred Beverage/Snack
  • Light refreshments will be available, but bring any particular drinks/snacks wanted 
• Note Taking Tools

**This event is open only to those that have attended Magic's Shibari 101 workshop OR have solid current understanding of Single Column w/ Somerville Bowline knot, basic rope vocabulary, and can follow verbal instructions using rope language.**

Event starts at 5pm, includes instruction, hands-on practice, rope lab/free play time, and concludes at 8pm. There will be nylon rope, safety shears, and bandanas available for purchase.

Yes! The goal here is to grow together on a progressive trajectory. While I cannot guarantee anyone's rate of progress, the hope is folks will 'level up' together in an immersive environment as the content covered will get more and more challenging!

• Note to Poly friends: If you are part of a 2+ partnership, that is totally welcomed -- tickets for that will = 1 couples ticket + 1 solo ticket for 3 people to gain entry. If you are a 4-person partnership, get 2 couples tickets. Hope that makes sense, but if you have any questions, just ask! 
• Regarding Price/Duration Adjustments: We will continue to play around slightly with length of event and other factors as we want to do our best to keep these events accessible.
